WNU Editor: This is not good. And the Secretary of Defense is standing right there. 

Those who are defending the President are saying that this is how people who suffer from stuttering respond in a tense situation. The problem with that argument is that there is almost 50 years of Joe Biden video out there, and in all of those years he was always sharp and focused. It has only been in the past 2 to 3 years that his memory lapses has kicked in. And it has gotten worse since the Presidential election. 

Seeing the President like this always pains me. My mother has the same medical condition. The only difference is that my mother's condition is 2 to 3 years more advanced than President Biden.

Vice-President Harris is there to make sure that this does not turn into a disaster.

 Again. No questions from the media. I guess they got the memo to shut-up.
